Install com.google.zxing.client.android. Visit https://send-to-computer.appspot.com on your PC, disable popup blocking, and scan the barcode. Choose 'Open in Browser' and 'Send to Computer' to set up. Share web pages via the browser menu. PC checks for requests every 2 minutes. Server source code available.
