Whisper is a voice-recognition IME that works offline. Use it as a standalone app or integrate it with HeliBoard. It downloads models once from Hugging Face, then operates without internet. Supports translation to English. Tips: Hold the button, pause, speak clearly, and keep recordings under 30s. Note: Depends on a non-free network service.
