This app passively monitors GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell signals to build a local database for location services. It works offline, keeping all data on your device. Use it by enabling GPS and letting it gather data or import existing databases. No network data is used, ensuring privacy. Optional active mode speeds up database building by enabling GPS when needed.
