Description
This UnifiedNlp backend works with simple CSV databases. Use WiFiDatabaseMerger to create databases, then import them into MergedWiFiNLP. Future pre-made databases may be available after licensing is resolved. Features an exponential backoff algorithm to save battery by reducing location recalculations.
