RHVoice

RHVoice is a free, open-source speech synthesizer. It uses statistical models for small file sizes, making voices intelligible and speaker-like. Supports Russian, English, Portuguese, Esperanto, Georgian, Ukrainian, Kyrgyz, and Tatar. Additional languages can be added with the right resources. Note: promotes non-free add-ons and network services.
