NetTTS turns your Android device into a remote-controlled text-to-speech server. Connect via a simple telnet-like protocol from other computers. Requires a TTS engine on your device. Try it: telnet to port 4444 and type 'Hello'. Note: Minimal access control (optional password), so use carefully outside local networks.
