WorldMap is a lightweight Android app that lets you scroll through a high-res world map from Wikimedia. Due to its large size (6480x3888), it uses BitmapRegionDecoder to load only visible parts. It also supports viewing other images via third-party file managers. Map license: PD-USGOV-CIA-WF.
