BinEd

BinEd is a hex editor for viewing and editing binary files. It supports multiple data formats (hex, binary, octal, decimal), Unicode/UTF-8, and large files up to exabytes. Features include insert/overwrite modes, undo/redo, and search with highlighting. Translations available, including Hindi by Govind S Nair.
