RadarWeather helps you monitor weather for cities or spots you care about. Uses OpenWeatherMap and RainViewer APIs—requires your free OpenWeatherMap key. Features: current weather, hourly/daily forecasts, rain radar, radius search, GPS widget, and no ads. Only needs INTERNET permission (GPS optional). Note: depends on non-free network services.
