Mixer Controller

Connect your phone to the mixer's WiFi, launch the app, and it auto-detects your network. Enter the MixerID (last part of the mixer's IP address), hit ->, and access the control page. The app saves the mixer URL, so next time, it takes you straight to the controller if you're on the same network.
